CHRISTINE McGuinness left fans in awe last night as she showed off her incredible figure while performing yoga at home.
The model, 35, did a handstand against her hallway wall while wearing a black sports bra and grey leggings.
The impressive move not only showcased Christine's athleticism, it also highlighted her enviable physique.
The move featured in an advert for clothing brand We Are H-E-R - that sees Christine modelling a range of outfits suitable for office work, the school run and exercising.
One fan enthused: "God could you imagine Christine McGuinness rocking up on your school run.. even I'd be drooling."
Another said: "How do I get a body like this?"
A third posted: "Not sure I’ve any breath left to take away."
Earlier this week, Christine took to Instagram and put to bed speculation she went on a date with Blue's Duncan James.
Some fans believed the pair were together after Christine shared a post captioned: "I'm just waiting for my date to arrive, here he is big D, everyone!"
The hunky 45-year-old, who is gay and in a relationship with boyfriend Rodrigo Reis, then walked up and gave her a hug while kissing towards the camera.
"Hey baby," he said as he met her.
However, Christine quickly quashed the rumours, explaining: "Loads of you are saying ‘Oh we’re so happy for you’ that I was on a date.
“It was my mate, Duncan’s my friend. Duncan’s got a gorgeous partner and I love them both."
Christine split from husband of 15 years Paddy McGuinness last year.
In her new BBC production, Unmasking My Autism, she said she stayed in her marriage for far longer than she should have because she "doesn't like change".
Their separation is amicable with Paddy posting an emotional tribute to his wife on International Woman's Day last month.
Sharing a picture of Christine , he wrote: “Happy International Women’s Day to all the amazing women out there.
“Thank you @mrscmcguinness for being an incredible Mother to our beautiful children and for raising awareness around Autism which affects our little family and so many others."
The former couple also still live together, sharing their £2.2million Cheshire mansion.
A FITNESS coach has proudly revealed her weight online and women supported her by telling her she looks "amazing."
She brushed past the scale's notion that she's technically "overweight" and embraced her 185 pounds.
Hannah Barry (@hannahbarryuk) is an online fitness coach and body positive advocate based in the United Kingdom.
She is a tall woman who fully embraces her steep height of five-foot-ten inches.
In a TikTok video, she stripped down to the bare minimum to reiterate to viewers how little the scale matters when weightlifting.
According to the video's caption, it was a subtle "reminder to all my tall babes & babes who lift!"
When the video began, the blonde beauty stood in front of a scale and then stepped on it.
To remain transparent, she wore only high-waisted white undergarments and a light blue zip-up cropped hoodie.
She wrote in the subtitle next to her that she weighs 84 kg, which translates to 185 pounds.
"This leaves my BMI metric 'overweight,'" she wrote in the video.
The visual then changed to show her no longer standing on the scale and instead flexing her abdominal muscles and toned physique.
The trainer mentioned in the subtitle above that "this is totally healthy for my body."
Her body confidence message resonated with many people.
"I really needed to see this. Been feeling awful about my weight since lifting heavy again. We need to normalize this," a fan shared.
"I don't trust BMI. I used to weigh 60 kg. It was normal, but I was so unhealthy and unhappy with the way I looked," another chimed in.
"You are amazing! I weigh 81 kg and not too keen on losing weight, but I would love to build muscle and look just half the way you do!" a TikTok user wrote.
