But in a recent video, she departed from her typical updates and gave viewers a blast from her past.

A "before" clip showed Maria with a very different look.

Before she started on her gym journey, Maria had close-cropped hair, dyed fire engine red.

In the video, she was getting dressed in straight-leg jeans and layered T-shirts.

Then, Maria showed herself today, in an outfit that's more familiar to followers who know her as a fitness content creator.

Her fitted shorts and cropped hoodie showcased her dramatic weight loss.

Along with her bodily transformation, Maria also grew out her hair, dyed it a deep brown, and added some piercings.

Her viewers, stunned by the difference in her appearance, cheered her on in the comments.

One person wrote "GO GIRLLLLL," while another congratulated her on starting a "new chapter."

A fan labeled it the "biggest glow-up ever."

Another agreed, saying, "This is the most blatant change I've seen on TikTok."

She performed three weighted reps, and then a fourth rep without weights until failure.

Then, she moved on to multiple abductor exercises.

Luisa then did heavy hip thrusts using a bar and plates.

Her video has been viewed more than 166,000 times.
