WHILE many people pay doctors to give them a full, perky butt, one gym girl said she got hers all on her own.
She wants to inspire other women to start working towards building a stronger body.

Alexa Alija (@alexa_alija) spends much of her time toning her figure and flaunting it on TikTok.
In one video, she filmed herself wearing a sports bra and sweatpants as she danced cheekily.
Her curvy shape was evident from the start – thanks to her tiny waist and wide hips – but when she turned around to reveal her backside, it was undeniable.
It’s clear that Alexa is proud of her butt, because many videos show her performing glute exercises to keep it in check.
Viewers were mind blown by her enhanced feature.
“That thing looks heavy,” one pointed out, to which Alexa said, “It’s not really.”
"Won't compromise until I find me a girl like her," added another.
And a third wondered if it was really au naturel: “Is it real?”
As for another gym girl who’s proud of her curves, Lindsey Burt (@lindseyburt) showed off her body while giving naysayers a piece of her mind.
"Random comments: It's too big,” she wrote.
She showed herself in a beige workout set that highlighted her fit figure.
"Thank you," she added. "That's the goal."
"Is that supposed to be insulting?" she added in the caption.
Burt said she is currently on a journey to grow her muscles and build her body.
"I’ve been growing it for four years so I would hope it’s 'too big' in some people's opinion."
She condemned unrealistic beauty standards for pressuring women to be too thin.
"And with the body standards saying 'heroin chic' is now back, anything is 'too big,'" she wrote, regarding the Hollywood trend towards thinness.

On her TikTok account, she showed her followers how she completely transformed her glutes in just one year.
"Realistic one year transformation," she wrote in her video.
Wearing gray camo biker shorts she revealed what her glutes looked like before her epic transformation.
She then cut to a clip of her in red biker shorts where she showed off her amazing gains.
Her glutes looked way more defined and bigger.
"Realistic one-year glute transformation!! If I can do it so can you girlies," she wrote in her caption.
Sarah's three core exercises to build her glutes included glute-biased RDLs which she tries to ensure she feels in her glutes, along with kas glute bridges, and reverse lunges.
People left Sarah compliments on her video where she showed her one-year transformation.
"Okay, but I love the spicy red shorts on you," one person wrote.
"Such a good transformation," a second person said.
"Sheeeeesh," added a third.
In the clip where she performed her three core exercises, people were just as mesmerized.
